My friend Michelle Gallegos makes all her cleaning supplies and personal cosmetics from scratch. She shared with me her recipe for an excellent homemade deodorant. This is a companion post to my May 2015 post on inflammation and its causes (See Four Reasons we have Inflammation). It is a great alternative to the, often toxic, deodorants available in the grocery stores.
This recipe works really well. I have tested it and think you will enjoy it like I do!
