Anyone who knows me knows I am not a proponent of sugar (my kids have called me the Sugar Nazi). But there are occasions when a dessert is appropriate, and for that occasion, I have a recipe for a chocolate pudding made with the healthiest ingredients possible. You might be surprised to find avocado in this pudding – it is the secret ingredient to a smooth delicious treat. And you can feel good about how nutrient-dense this dessert is when you serve your family.
